The first thing you should do if your Laura Ashley card is lost or stolen is let us know. Please call 0871 522 5666 if you are a Storecard holder or 0871 522 5272 if you are a MasterCard holder (Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality and security purposes) immediately, or if you have a Laura Ashley MasterCard and are abroad you can call +44 208 181 0000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Then write to us within seven days to confirm that your card has been lost. Please include details of your name, address, and account number and send it to the Authorisations Department at the Santander Cards UK Limited address given above.
